Wilderness Medicine Outfitters is a Colorado organization which offers training and sells equipment for wilderness first responders.
The blade design is a stylized version of their logo which features a white cross on an evergreen bough.
Rare both because it is a 1st Generation Rescue Q and because only about 120 were made.
